saumilpshah Posted October 7, 2013 Report Share Posted October 7, 2013 My EB2 GC PD is 2 June 2008, and I received my RFE (related to vaccines) after my priority date became current last month. The RFE asked me to respond quickly, as they wanted to process my case in the FY13 financial year. I did respond within 2 days, before the FY13 quota was completely used. My case status still shows as RFE response review. Will they process my case and give me my GC (the assumption here is that my case was counted in the FY13 quota) or will they wait till further quota becomes available? cap-gap Posted October 8, 2013 Report Share Posted October 8, 2013 FY13 is gone and the genral practice is that a number will be allotted only when no more RFEs and when quota is available.. FY14 has already began and there is a big wave of approvals..esp..your PD range..you can "trakitt"... Link to comment
