Urgent - h1b renewal question

My current H1B visa with employer A expires 23-Nov. My approved extension from same employer is from 24-Nov.

I am planning to go for renewal stamping on 15-Oct.

 

On approval of my visa stamp, -

 

1) will it be valid from 24-Nov?

2) my old visa becomes invalid; does that mean, I cannot enter the country till 24-Nov?

 

OR

my new visa will be stamped and valid from 15-Oct?

I believe if approved your valid visa will be issued from Oct 15th

Thanks, the validity will be from Oct 2013 to Nov 2016 now OR will it till OCt 2016.

Ideally Nov 2016. But, depends.
