Hi All,

 

Can someone please help me answer the question below?

 

So  my L1B expired on May 16th 2013 along with I-94. L1B Extension and H1B were filed together. H1B petition got approved(with the change of status and with I-94) and is now active. But i recently received L1B - RFE(due to reply on 25th October). 

 

 

 Is it mandatory to reply to the RFE? Can we revoke the extension?

Yes, ask your L1B employer to either withdraw the petition or not to respond to RFE.
