H-1 Extension Travel Issue

Hi,

      My Current H1-B is Expiring Apr 1 2013.I wanted to file for extension in November.My question is i have plans of going to india in december.My question is it ok to travel out of the country while My h1-B is peocessing ?

Better to file for an extension when you come bak from India. If you come back in Jan you still have plenty of time to get your extension approved.

Its perfectly fine to travel when your H1 is in the extension process.
