vinodyours Posted October 7, 2013 Report Share Posted October 7, 2013 Hello, I am currently working on L1 for employer A and employer B filed my H1 with COS from OCt 1st and I came to know that my status has been changed from L1 to H1 from Oct 1st but I want to continue on L1 with same employer for some more time. So I decided to go out of US and enter back. Now I want to know how much time I have to do this ( I mean before what day I need to do this) ? And some one please suggest which is best way to go out and enter back in US. I am planning to visit Canada and come back and I am not sure where can I get Canada Transit Visa. I am staying near Chicago. Please help me regarding this. Can some please respond to my concern ASAP. Its bit urgent please. Thanks !!! Link to comment
