survivinginus Posted October 6, 2013 Report Posted October 6, 2013 Hi, I came to US on student visa and just got h1b approval with one of the desi small IT company and working at client site as consultant. I am thinking of not going to India because of many people are having trouble stamping and returning back. So my question is after when my first 3 years h1b duration is over and when I apply for h1b extension, do i need to go back for stamping first for h1b extension or can i just stay and work here and never get a stamping done? Your reply is appreciated.
