thirumalair
Hi, Could you help me to have some direction on this? Appreciate your time. I completed 6 year in US. From the past employer, I-140 is approved and H1B is extended for next 3 years. I switched the company, My current employer is not planning to process Green Card. My past employer revoked I-140 now. Now Can I switch to another company? I mean, Is H1b transfer possible at this point (I-140 is revoked, 6 years completed and H1B is valid for next 1.5 years)? If so, Will the future employer be able to apply Green Card for me? Thanks in advance! Thiru Link to comment
geethb
You will not get an extension when you do a H1 transfer. You might be able to maintain the 1.5 years remaining. Link to comment

arvind_shanbhag
Even if I-140 by the 1st employer is revoked, can the priority date be recaptured by the 2nd employer still? are there any additional terms to recapture the priority date? Link to comment
