My H1B (COS) got approved effective Oct 1, 2013, my employer sent out the petition documents only on Oct 1st. Meanwhile, he didn't file my daughters H4. Now he says I need to do of my own. She is in L2 now, going to school. 1.What is the procedure to get H4 for her? 2. What are the potential issues because of this? 3. What is the best way to do this?
