myvi
Himy company (where I have been working for lat 5 years) filedI-140 under EB1-OR category and 2 days later the status changed to Initial review. On the same day our company attorney received RFE regarding qualifying offer of employment even though we submitted the confirmation of employment while filing..Here's the actual wording-Please submit of actual copy and/or contract offering employment to the beneficiary (addressed to the beneficiary) issued at the time of hire by appropriate hiring authority pursuant to Title 8, code of federal regulations204.5(i)(3). The letter or contract must set forth the title, terms and conditions of the position offered, If the beneficiary has changed the positions since the initial hire please send the documentation conforming the above position. If applicable please submitan explanation of any verbal agrement of the terms of employmentMy position at company is full-time permanent but actual offer letter did not say that on top of it said that employment can be terminated at will by the company or me at any time.So i was wondering what should i submit? my lawyer thinks it is an easy query and can answered easily but I am nervous... be grateful if anybody could help meCheers Link to comment
Belle
Generally "at will" means "indefinite", which is the USCIS definition for permanent. Link to comment
