My employer filed for labour in august 2012 it got audited and denied

Hi members i got a question 

 

  My employer applied for GC labour in august 2012 it got audited and denied ,i have completed 4 years in H1B,Is it advisable to 

apply again with the same employer or change different employer and start the labour process again,thanks.
