My Interview experience

Me : Good Morning Officer
VO: Good Morning

VO: Is this your first H1 ?
Me : No Sir. It is a renewal

VO: Which company do you work for ?
Me: I work for XYZ company

VO: How long have you been working for this company?
Me : 3 years 3 months

VO: Can you tell me the exact month and year?
Me : xyz month xyz year

VO: What is your highest qualification ?
Me : Masters in Computer Science

VO: Which University?
Me: ABC University  (I studied in Australia so he asked me about the University that i studied)

VO: When did you come to US on H1?
Me: Told him the year and month

VO: Do you work for a client ?
Me: Yes sir

VO: Who is your client?
Me: ABC

VO : What does your client do?
Me: Told him about the client

VO: How long have you been working for this client?
Me : X years

VO: Why did you change your previous employer?
Me: For carrier growth and better benefit's

VO: Smiled and said So you get paid more now ?
Me : Yes sir

VO: Give me your Drivers license,LCA,Pay stubs, and job offer letter ?
Me: Gave him all the documents he asked for

VO: Why is your pay more than what it is shown in your offer letter?
Me: I got a pay rise and it is paid according to my LCA

VO: Forget about LCA , Why are pay stuns not matching your offer letter?
Me : I got a pay rise recently, so it is higher than the offer letter that i got when i joining the company

VO: Do you have your pay raise letter?
Me :No sir as of now I do not have a copy of my pay raise letter

VO : When was your Pay raised ?
Me: January 2012

VO: Can I have your 2011 Paystubs?
Me: Sorry Sir as of now I have past 2yrs Pay stubs and W2's

He typed some thing on his system for a minute and finally golden words came out ...

VO : Your Visa has been Approved
Me : Thank you Sir

Please  take a letter from employer if there is difference of amount in your offer letter and pay stubs. In my case he asked for a pay rise letter.
