hello friends,

need advice if someone got this issue before.

here is my case :

1, on september12 - initial review

2. On september 16,
At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

3. On September 18, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact information for direct inquiries on your case.

its shows same status and my employer lawyer said nothing he get from uscis.

while googling around i found that either people gettting approval within hours or RFE after 1 or 2 days no one stuck for 5 days so far. please advice.

thanks

jp

What google showed you is right. It is either a decision or a RFE. You have to wait.

I applied for h1b pp amendment and got rfe. I responded and 15 days clock started on 11 October. On 22nd October again the clock stopped. Now I am seeing the message "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information."

Please help me by giving some inputs.

I also got the same message today.

Applied for H1B on Sep 13, got RFE on Sep 24, responded by Oct 21. Oct 24, I got the message. Any ideas what it means next.

I called up the number provided. The IVR had the earlier status: "We restarted your premium processing on Oct 21..." not sure what is going on? Again an RFE? Is it normal to receive two RFE? or a denial?

Dear all,

I am in the same boat. RFE for my H1B Transfer- Premium processing (I140 approved and got three year extension after 6 years) has been responded on Oct 22. Status has first changed to 'Initial Review' and then it has changed to the following on Oct 24th and no change since then.

May I know if any in this post has received approval after this status and how long did it take. Is the decision directly communicated to attorney? I tried to contact the premium processing customer service line, but they did not reveal the details since I am the benefeciary. I hope this does not indicate another RFE :-(

Thanks for your help.
