Category: EB3 India PD: Aug 22 2003 Filed for 485: Aug 2007 (was single at that time) Got married: Dec 2010 (my wife entered on H4 and did COS to F1 visa doing her masters. She is currently on F1). My GC approval date: 9/17/2013, got the GC a few days back I-485 filed for my wife: 9/23/2013 (Texas service center) I am planning a trip to India sometime soon and wanted to get a realistsic estimate of the processing times. My questions are: 1. When can I expect the EAD/AP card? The regular processing time is 3 months but is it possible to get it sooner. 2. When can I expect FP notice? 3. If PD for EB3 India remains current for 8/22/2003, when can I expect GC provided there are no more questions.
Belle Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 1. Not much. Unlikely in less than 2 months. 2. About a month from filing. 3. About 2-3 months if there are no delays.
StressedAbtGC Posted September 30, 2013 Report Posted September 30, 2013 1. Depends, I suppose. My colleague filed his I485 (TSC) on August 1st and he got his EAD/AP sometime last week i.e. in about 7 weeks.
