ritesh.chauhaan@gmail.com Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Hello, My H1B has been filed initially with MSA (Master Service Agreement) with PROJECT DESCRIPTION-1 and ADDRESS-1 in the questionnaire because i cudnt get my client letter at the time of filing. Now that i have got an RFE, my Client is ready in giving me client letter for PROJECT DESCRIPTION-2 and ADDRESS-2. The thing is that the client is the same but only working address and project description in the client letter are different from what i have initially filed. Can i go with the Client letter for RFE? Are there any chances for my H1B approval/stamping?

Are there any chances for my H1B approval/stamping? You cannot submit the client letter which doesn't match with initial details. Better take an attorney's advice before submitting that letter.
