bhoot Posted July 15, 2011 Report Share Posted July 15, 2011 Joe, Belle and other gurus, What do you make of the 1 month movement for EB3 India in the August bulletin? Is it an isolated spike or are there good chances that this will remain at a faster pace for the next 3-4 months? I have an EB3 India GC application with a PD of Sep 2002. I was pushing my company to file an EB2 for me. The company's lawyer is assuring me of a fast summer movement for EB3 and feels that I should have my GC very soon. Consequently, an additional EB2 application is being deemed wasteful. Please advise? Sameer Link to comment
