goodluck
I have been working with my current company since 10yrs, I changed to other company for just 2 months then I came back to current one, should I put that 2 months of experience while filing perm or any visa? because I did transfer my H1. Or if I don't put that experience, will that be fine? Thanks.. Link to comment
JoeF
You need to list all experience. Link to comment
sreereddy99
hi goodluck when you apply Green card with current employer , can you use the 10 years experience for your green card. since we cannot use the current employer experience how this works in your case. Link to comment
xfitter
since we cannot use the current employer experience. Not totally true. I guess you need a good immigration attorney to review the merits of this case individually and if eligible for EB2, present the case. Not saying it will definitely get through with a good attorney, but that there is a better chance. I know of an EB2 case (approved until I 140), where beneficiary did not have full five years experience outside the company, and used experience within, for an EB2 case. Link to comment
