EB1 for L1A Visa

I am on L1A Visa and want to apply for Green Card.

Am I eligible for EB1 category?

All most all of my manager experience has been in US only

I don't have complete 1 year Manager Experience in India...

Can I still apply for GC under EB1

Generally speaking, a foreign national must have at least 1-year of work experience as a manager or executive for a related company abroad in order to qualify for an EB1 Multinational Manager/Executive position.
