uppuluriv Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Hello, I booked Visa Slot in Canada. The time when i book my visa slot for H1B Visa, I filled a DS 160 form. This form got expired as i did not make any changes to it in last 30 days. But Still i have a visa slot where i see field to enter my DS160 Form Number. Can i create a new DS160 form and tie it to the same visa interview slot??? Please let me know if i can do so. Also guide me if I have to cancel the visa slot and re book a new one for this issue.
gopalakrishnach Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Hi, You can fill up new DS 160 form and just tie up with your existing visa interview slot. I did same when I went to my visa stamping in Feb 2012

bhalc Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 YOu can file new one and get both during the interview. I did for my wife as there was spelling mistake in her name on original DS160.
