need to file for canada residency

Hello,

 

 I am working for a large Indian IT firm.Somehow my company immigration team made unnecessary delays in filing my GC labor .Eventually my labor got an audit and i have only 6 months left to my 6 years of H1.Now what i heard for 2012 GC labors most of them rejected. I would like to start canada resency.

 

Would someone help me what would be the best option to get canada resedency?

 

1.Do i still need to write IELTS as i am in H1?

2.Is there anyway i can be eligible to work in canada as i am in H1 and stayed here for 6 years

3.How long does it take to finish canada residency process?

 

 

Please help me out for my case

Nope that's not true.My labor was approved and my employer didn't had any problems, moreover my company is a mid size level.

I am also looking for process/genuine consutancy to apply for Canada work permit/GC .

My H1-B 6th year is completing by Feb and Labor is in audit.
