RFE for EB2

Attorney,

 

      We have filed 1-485 adjustment status for the GC process through EB2. Our priority date is Nov 2006, and it became current on July 2011 and we knew that they had issued GC for lot of EB2 petitioners while their priority date was Dec 2007, but we didn't recieve the GC. On Jan 2012 we got a letter to attend the interview for RFE, we took all our documents and attented the interview and the officer mentioned they got all the information that they need and we will recieve the GC within 3 to 6 months, if not we can call USCIS for status. We took infopass five times and used to say "Officer is looking your paper comeback after 90 days"..   We got another interview on May 2013 and they verified current employment status and paystubs and didn't say anything. Now the priority dates have moved to 2008 and still we haven't got any information on our case status. We took infopass recently and they said my paper work is completed and moved to Texas service center five months ago

 

  We are in little confused state now. Please help us on how do we proceed on our case.

Call your FEDERAL Senators Office and ask to speak to the person dealing with Immigration Matters. You can also look it up online.
