Here is my xperience. 

 

Counter 6:

Me: GOod Morning
VO: Good Morning.. 

And I gave my pp, i-797, DS-160.

VO: How long with your employer?
Me: 3 Months

VO: Where do you work?
Me: Told Client Address

VO: recognised place.. and said that it right by the that shopping mall?
Me: YES 

VO: did you do your masters?
Me: Yes 

VO: WHere?
ME: Told Univ Address

VO: I need to see your LCA and any client letter you have
ME: gave 

VO: Looked at client letter and asked how long with client
Me: 18 mnths

VO: Why did you change employer?
Me: Said for 20 secs but VO Stopped 

VO: Is your pay higher or lower?
Me: Yes Sir. 

VO: All this while he was looking at LCA and typing in something. 

VO: You can take your documents.
Me: Waiting... 

VO: Does your employer pay you on time??
Me: Yes Sir..

VO: Suddenly pulled one white form. I thought my visa is done. 

VO: Is some arts center right next to your office?
Me: Yes Sir its right next to my client.

VO: Your Visa is approved. Track your pp with this sheet. 
Me: Thank you sir.. Are you from the same place?

VO: Yes I was born and raised there. 

Me: Great.. THanks and have a good day
VO: You too

All this is just for 2:30 mins.

I am also on the same page, which i transfer new employer 3 months back. Can you please give me information what you answer to VO question "why did you  change employer?"

Hey *****..

 

Your case is very similar to mine.. 

 

I am with the same client since 18 months.. But I changed my employer 6 months ago but my pay decreased as per current LCA. 
I cannot justify if he is paying higher. My pay with current LCA is 15K less and this new employer is generating paystubs based on the new LCA.

 

what do you suggest on this?

I do not know how to justify that. . May be other members cam help
