GC through US Citizen spouse

I recently got married to a US citizen and preparing paperwork to file for GC through her. I know I have to file the following forms:

1. I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

2. I-864 Affidavit for support

3. I-485 Application to adjust status

4. G-325A Biographic Information

5. I-693 Medical Exam

 

I'm on the 2nd term of H1b (stamped in my passport) which is valid for another 15 months. Do I still need to file for I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and I-131 Application for Advanced Parole?

 

I might have to travel outside of US in the coming months. Since my H1b is valid and stamped in my passport do I still need AP to enter back in to the country while the application fro GC through spouse is pending.

You can enter on the H1 visa in H1 status if you choose in which case the EAD and AP may not be necessary.
