calif123 Posted September 24, 2013 Report Posted September 24, 2013 Hi, I got my h1 approved in may 2013.presently in cap gap. Working for the same client but vendor changed.due to this my billing has decreased by xxx USD/month. I am going for stamping in Nov. Will there be any issue?
omshiv Posted September 24, 2013 Report Posted September 24, 2013 Wont be an issue as long as you are getting paid as per LCA by your employer..also carry all your H1 related documents including Client letter. Good Luck.
