anjukakkar2003 Posted September 22, 2013 Report Posted September 22, 2013 Hi I moved to USA in Feb-2013 on L1 A Visa. I am working on managerial/ executive post. My current employer is not paying me as per my qualification and experience. Further they are also not filing my GC. Last time I was in USA In 2008 on L1A Visa. In 2005 on L1 B Visa through some other companies. I am also having H1b Visa.petiotion from 2008. I never got it stamped and that can be reused at this time. If I change my status from L1A to H1B visa by changing my employer, can my case still be processsed under EB1 category for GC as I'm working as manager since 2008 till now?
omshiv Posted September 23, 2013 Report Posted September 23, 2013 all people think they dont get paid as per their qualifications.
ge145 Posted September 23, 2013 Report Posted September 23, 2013 Just to clarify, employers are not bound to file green card If you are unhappy with your employer, please change
