Green Card processing and first company closed

What does the job description says?? Based on that description, GC category is decided.

By faking your resume, you are not only inviting trouble but also making yourself ineligible for GC for submitting fake documents.

 

Hi,

 

My company wants to start green card processing. I have to list out all the companies where I worked before but my first company where I worked 9 yrs back (worked for 2 yrs and 3months) is closed. And I am not in touch with anybody from my company. Should I put that experience, I am concerned while verification I can't provide anything except experience letter. Please anybody suggest, what should I do?

You absolutely need to list that experience.

Rule #1: Never lie to immigration officials.

You can make a note that the company is closed.

As long as your work experience with that company is true you need to list it

All you need is exp letter which you have.

Given the fact that it is no longer existing, you can't do anything here.
