Now as my visa/I94 is about to expire, I was hoping to extend my driver's license based on new 797. But law firm involved in the process gave me application receipt which is same as 797 - has all the details but no new dates on it. It has payment/amount paid for application in the place where we usually see visa validity dates. Please suggest me what to do. Will I get new 797 soon? Thanks.
