I've got my amendment approval on 17th Sept, and Im planning to date take a date for Ottawa, Employer has to update to the Ottawa office regarding the stamping ??

You can always try to reach Ottawa consulate and asking for PIMS update I guess. But you should go attend the visa interview and get stamping done. If any problem regarding PIMS happens, consulate it will take care of that and will ask you to wait for few days.

Your employer has nothing to do with ottawa office.

If you are talking about PIMS, all you have to do is wait for 1-2 days after the interview. It will be done automatically.
