Kumar Raj Posted September 19, 2013 Report Posted September 19, 2013 Hello everyone, I have a question while filling DS160. Is internship is considered as employment? I need to fill it in D's 160, should I fill it as employment or not?
kumar_y Posted September 19, 2013 Report Posted September 19, 2013 Yes. But how many hours are doing on Internship? If you are doing 40 hours a week and than its FT position other you need to specify as part time. Are you on H1b?

kumar_y Posted September 20, 2013 Report Posted September 20, 2013 Raj, You need to copy of I-129 petition which was approved and part of H-1B. Yes always be truthful to visa officer is my advise to you.
