H1B visa stamp, travel india

Hello all,

 

I am Currently in OPT-EXT status and My H1B is approved and it starts on OCT 1 2013. I am planning to go Canada for H1B stamping in Nov 2nd week. My Questions are:

 

1) Can i fly directly to India after Successful H1B stamping in Canada or do i need to come back US first ?

2) Will there will be any issues at POE if i go directly to India from Canada and come back to US after a month. 

 

 

I need your Suggestions. Any Suggestion is really appreciated.

1. Yes, you can fly directly to India from anywhere in the world.

2. No.
