Can i use previous employer perm?

I have my Perm approved just before leaving my previous employer, but still i had to leave without any documents to carry from them,

Now my new company is filing GC after 1 year, but i am in 6th year now, it might be close call to get my PERM approved in my 6th year.

 

what all are my options? shall i use my old perm somehow? or by going back to my old company?

is your I140 filed and approved ?

PERM is employer-specific, and can not be reused.

The PD can only be kept if an I-140 had been approved.

But can OP use previous employers approved Perm to extend his H1B? If it passes 1 yr?
