srinidhina Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 I have my Perm approved just before leaving my previous employer, but still i had to leave without any documents to carry from them, Now my new company is filing GC after 1 year, but i am in 6th year now, it might be close call to get my PERM approved in my 6th year. what all are my options? shall i use my old perm somehow? or by going back to my old company?
