Amendment Help PLZ

Hi Folks,

 

I have H1 applied this year from my employer for SSS client  and it is approved for 3 yrs.

 

Now i have moved to different client ZZZ but employer is the same.

 

Do i need to make an amendment since my client has changed ???

 

both SSS and ZZZ are in different states so what is the process of amendment ?

 

Some people are saying no need of amendment as employer is same ????
