1. Can any one suggest how to get Mexico visit VISA to exit USA and re-enter after 1st Oct 2013 having INDIA citizen ship and Valid L1 till 2014.

I do not think you need a visa to visit Mexico as you have a valid US visa. Wait for other members opinion.
