Caught at shoplifting and now going for stamping . Is this will be a issue.

Hi,

I am on H4 visa. I was caught for shoplifting last year. I was caught at the time where I was stealing $70 worth. I was arrested and I plead guilty in court and was there on probation for 6 months. Now my case is dismissed. It is class-A misdemeanor . I am planning to go to India and I have to go for stamping. In DS-160 I am mentioning about this arrest for the question "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action? " as yes and giving the case details.

Can anyone tell me. What will be chance of my visa getting stamped. If anyone has some helpful tips please let me know.
