PERM Denial related

I would greatly appreciate if someone could kindly help me with the comments/responses to the doubts/questions I have listed below.

 

My Current status:

PERM got denied. Company planning for appeal. Got another 2 years left on H1.

 

Questions,

 

1) What is the average processing time after an appeal has been submitted?

 

2) Will it be better to apply for new PERM instead of submitting an appeal?

 

3) If we apply for appeal and if the appeal is taking longer for a decision, is it allowed to apply for a new PERM (while the appeal case is in process)?

 

4) While waiting for the decision after an appeal has been made, if I change the employer and new PERM is applied through the new employer, will the existing appeal case have any impact on the new PERM application?

 

5) Will the visa stamping in India (for the H1 renewal) have any impact due to the PERM denial and appeal?

2) reapply is better, as if appeal gets rejected you will loose your PD.
