My husbend have H1 visa until Oct 18th 2010 to Oct 17th 2013 and I have stamped H4 visa Oct 18th 2010 to July 11 2106. My visa is for 6 years and my husband visa is for 3 years. Is it possible? Any body like this type of case . One of my friend has the same issue. But his visa was issued for 1 yrs ,his dependent's was for 3 yrs and both 797's were valid for 3yrs. Does your 797 expires in 2016?? Link to comment
xfitter Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 I know of a recent case (June 2013) where H1 visa got stamped until Nov 2013 and the dependent got H4 visa stamped (after 221g for 2 months) until 2018 (5 years). Link to comment
