Did anyone changed the status from H4 to F1 being in USA and got F1 stamping from Mexico or Canada? 

 

Please share your experience and success/ failure rate.

You can not go to Mexico for different visa stamping. You can go for renewal of same kind of visa like F1 to F1 or H1B to H1B
