Can I file my I140 to any processing center of the available 4: Texas, Nebraska, California and Vermont? Or Because I fall under East coast...so, am I allowed to file I 140 only in Vermont Servicing Center? Because I was just wondering whether I can file at a faster servicing center. Thanks.

I-140 processing happens at California and Vermont service centers also. my job location is Florida......so, do I need to file ONLY at Vermont?
