H1B to L1A conversion and H1B Transfer simultaneously

Currently I am on H1B in USA.  My present company converting my H1B to L1A.   Another company processing my H1B transfer.

My H1B visa going to expire on January, 2014.

 

L1A conversion and H1B Transfer processing happening simultaneously.

 

1) Will I be able to maintain my H1B status  If my H1B transfer approved before L1A is approved.

 

2) Shall I continue on my H1B transfer if my L1A conversion is approved before H1B transfer approved.

 

3) Shall I get option to choose H1B or L1A to stay in USA if both(H1B or L1A ) are approved
