gopid5 Posted September 16, 2013 Report Posted September 16, 2013 I am planning to travel abroad end of this month September 2013 and will stay until February 2014, I will work from remotely this period of time. my h1b expires November 15th 2013, my company applied extension mid of august, so I am expecting it may approve before November 15th. So in case if it will not approve before nov 15, do I still able to work for my company remotely out side of USA after November 15th? Thanks in advance.

The moment you are outside US you are no longer in any status in US. You are free to work for anyone and anytime once you are outside US. US has no control over you.
bhalc Posted September 16, 2013 Report Posted September 16, 2013 You can work for your company BUT you need to go to stamping before you enter in USA in FEB2014.

You can work while your H1 is under processing.
