I travelled to US in May 2013 and I am still in US. Starting Validity Date: 10/01/13 Ending Validity Date: 08/31/16 Consulate notified (if applicable): CHENNAIQuestion1 -Should I do anything to continue in L1A after October 1st ? Question2- If I travel back to India in Dec, and come back on L1A again, will I lose my H1B status ?
