h1b amendment - client location change, same client,same employer ,same job function and within same MSA

Hi,

 

Do i need to amend a new petition if my end client moved to same city in the same state, 2.5 miles away?? I have visa stamping in oct end.  

 

Can anyone let me know what is the right thing to do??

I had the same situation. I just had to change the address in LCA. Based on the feedback I got, h1b amendment is not needed. Just LCA change is sufficient.

Thanks! Have u been to stamping ? Did they ask u about the location ?
