rose12
Hi All, Thanks for your time to read and reply! I came back from states in Nov 2012.. I was on my H4 and then converted to H1 and was working there in states for a year.. My current H1B is valid till Sep 2014.. I came to India due to personal reasons and since i didnt have a client letter, i did not go for my visa stamping.. Is it possible to go for a stamping now? is client letter mandatory? what are the chances i have, if i have a client letter!? once again, thank you for ur time! - Sheela Link to comment

If client refuses to provide you one then it is better to carry a print of email where client states that as per company policy (or whatever specific reasons they have) they do not provide a client letter. Also, carry your ID card and other proofs to support that you work for client. Link to comment
