EB3 I-140 approved but moved back to India

Dear Gurus,

                     Any suggestion on my situation would be appreciated and I thank you in advance.Here is my situation:

 

I got my EB3 labor approved in DEC 2008 and I-140 approved subsequently in 2009. I moved back to India in 2010 and since then have been working here.I have a bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience now in IT and mow I am into management position.I recently heard from my US ex-employer that they have withdrawn my I-140.

 

My question is, Can I apply in EB2 and port my prior I-140 date which is now in withdrawn status.

You can definitely retain your PD..but EB2 will depend on on Job req.
