Name changed before H1B Cap Exempt

Hi,

Need your help to understand if my situation cause any issue or rejection of H1B petition approval.

When i travelled to US last time on H1 my name in passport was First Name: A Last name: B. After coming back from US i did a name bifurcation in my passport in india and had it corrected to First Name: B Last name : A. This situation in india does not come under name change as this is just a bifurcation and i do not have any news paper notice or court order or Notori.

Now i have applied for H1B cap exempt as First Name: B Last name: A.

will this create a problem ? as the history is on different name will USCIS asks for any evidence ?

please advise me...

Whatever name is in the passport stands valid. Carry your old passport (if you have)  or a copy when you go for visa interview. Also, contact an immigration attorney to be absolutely sure that there will not be any problem.
