Info4You Posted September 18, 2013 Report Posted September 18, 2013 That PWD information needs to be included in the H-1B petition and/or LCA petition that will be filed for that individual by the company. Once the company files that H-1B petition then the company has legally bound itself to pay (at least) that salary to the individual as long as that individual is employed by that company. In the even the individual is not getting at least the PWD base salary, the person can complain to the state's department of labor.
