kimpurusha Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 Hello All,I had H1B visa and was expired on 22-Sep-2011. During my visa validity i did not stepped in to US due to some reasons. So now is there any way that I can renew my expired H1B visa.
SameerH1Bworker Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 There is no such term called "RENEW". Any employer can file new H1B petition for you and you will cap exempt, so, you can start working as soon as it is approved and no need to wait for April to file. Please talk to attorney for more information.
