manjeerareddyp Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 My employer has filed for labor certification for my Green Card (EB2 Category from Washington state in US. I want to relocate to Texas state and work for the same company (in the same work designation) from their Texas branch (not client location but the same company's branch). Will there be any problem in my Green Card process while applying for I-140, I-485 etc from Washington state?

Will there be any problem in my Green Card process while applying for I-140, I-485 etc from Washington state? OK. Let me clarify my original post again. My PWR was filed in Washington, and will also have the LC filed from the state of WA. The company that work for has locations in Texas and Arizona. I would still be supporting the WA office and will be reporting to my Manager in WA office. My paychecks will also be from the WA office. It is just that I am looking into working virtually or from TX office. What if I want to live in CA and work for the WA office virtually??? I do not see a problem with the above since I am still doing what I am hired for, it is just that I will be living in a place that I prefer to. Can you guys please let me know what you may know about the above. Thank you.
