Visitor Visa for in-laws

Hello, 

 

I am on H1-B and I applied for my parents B2 visa earlier this year which got approved 6 months ago. I now wish to apply for my in-laws visa. Is it a good time or do I need to wait a little more? 

 

Also can I also sponsor my wife's sister? She is 18yrs old. 

 

Is there anything else I need to keep in mind while applying for my in-laws visa?

Yes, they can. Stay away from sponsoring anyone. Let them apply for a visa with their own supporting documents.

You won't apply for B2 visa, they have to do it. Coming to your wife's sister, I guess its little bit difficult to get visa for her.

you dont sponsor anyone..they do it themselves.

Yes, I guess thats what I meant. Not sponsoring but giving all the required documents from my side. 

 

- If my wife's sister applies, can I provide all my documents like I'd do for my parents and my in-laws. Would that work?
