I started working as W2 employee of vendor and later while applying for my H1 converted to EVC model.What should be the best possible answer to defend this in the visa interview. I moved down from vendor to employer as the vendor Is a small staffing firm and wanted to avoid the risk of H1 application being rejected. Link to comment
