I m planning for my stamping On Oct 11th in CANADA. Please let me know if it is going to be a problem to go for stamping in this scenario and if i get stamped, what would be the stamping effective dates as i have to come back to US in Oct itself. Thnx, Sree If both are from same employer then you could show both I797 to VO and get visa stamped.

But, there is a possibility that you might get a visa stamped based on your new approval. Wait for other members opinion.
